Mr. Polay is a seasoned advertising agency founder and executive with deep history and expertise in the Brazilian market. He has held prominent leadership roles for major advertising and out-of-home (OOH) firms. Mr. Polay was the founder and former CEO of RioVerde OOH, a leading player in the Brazilian OOH sector. Prior to this he served as Media Director for major advertising agencies Dentsu and Lowe and Partners Worldwide, as Vice President of Media for Euro RSCG, as Partner and Vice President for Commercial & Marketing at Elemidia, as Partner and Commercial Director at Heloo, and as Head of Commercial at Banco 24 Horas. He holds a MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
